Data Protection and Privacy

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible.

This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent and will only be stored until the enquiry has been completed.

When you register for the Internationales Straßenfest,  the data relating to the organisation of the event and its publication will be stored within a reasonable period of time.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action against unsolicited mailing or e-mailing of spam and other similar advertising materials.

Privacy policy for the use of Facebook plugins (like button)

DSGVO (i.e. offer our visitors interactive journey planning) maps of the service "Google Maps" of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The data processed may include, in particular, IP addresses and location data of users, which are not collected without their consent (usually within the framework of the settings of their mobile devices). OpenStreetMap

On the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f., we shall bind the parties to the contract. DSGVO (i.e. offering our visitors an interactive route planning service), the maps of the "OpenStreetMap" service (https://www.openstreetmap.de), which are offered on the basis of the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF). To the best of our knowledge, OpenStreetMap uses user data solely for the purpose of displaying map functions and temporarily storing the selected settings. In particular, this data may include IP addresses and location data of users, which are not collected without their consent (usually within the framework of the settings of their mobile devices).
